What does it mean to be a Dementia Friendly Community, and how can we make our local communities more supportive of people living with dementia and those who care for them?

Join us for a public meeting with Delyth Jones, Project Officer for Dementia Services at Isle of Anglesey County Council, to learn more about the idea of creating a recognised Dementia Friendly Community in the Seiriol area.

The meeting is an opportunity to find out what this involves, ask questions and explore practical steps we can take together to make our communities more understanding, inclusive and accessible.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are personally affected by dementia, support someone who is, or simply want to help make our community a better place for everyone.
