Weddings

  • £1000 flat fee for three days rental of the entire hall (main hall + meeting room) for residents of the Seiriol Ward*

  • £1200 flat fee for three days rental of the entire hall (main hall + meeting room) for non-residents

  • (three days rental = 12 noon on Friday until 12 noon Monday, alternative timings by prior arrangement)

Children’s Birthday Parties

  • £60 flat fee for three hours rental of the entire hall (main hall + kitchen) for residents of the Seiriol Ward*

  • £75 flat fee for three hours rental of the entire hall (main hall + kitchen) for non-residents

Please note

  • *Seiriol Ward includes Llangoed, Llandegfan, Llanddona, Llanfaes, Llansadwrn, Penmon and Beaumaris - the Booking Form will be checked against this list

  • All day is from 9:00 AM until Midnight

  • Additional £25 cost for Village Hall volunteers to provide a bar for your event (subject to availability)

  • Due to recent stricter rules and the increasing cost of recycling we may ask for a £50 "Waste Deposit" to cover the cost of emptying the bins - this deposit will be refunded if the hirer removes their waste from the hall

  • Hire of the hall includes use of the hall and/or meeting room as agreed on the booking form for the duration agreed

  • It includes use of tables, chairs, PA system, lights and heating

  • Use of the stage is included with the main hall if requested

  • Use of the kitchen is also included if requested including whatever equipment is in place at the time

  • Each user must satisfy themselves in advance of their event that the equipment they need is present 

  • The hire does not include any staffing, cleaning or clearing up, setting up, decorations, or tablecloths 

  • Use of the outdoor areas and gardens is possible but should be discussed and agreed in advance

Resources

  • An empty multi-purpose hall with a wooden floor, stage area with stacked chairs, and walls with small windows and framed pictures or decorations.

    Stage

    We have a raised wooden stage with rigging and lighting. Great for small theatre productions, live music or film screenings.

    Chairs

    200 cloth covered chairs are available

  • Modern kitchen with white cabinets, black countertops, a double sink, and appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and oven. Two windows let in natural light, with various small items and kitchen essentials on the counters.

    Kitchen

    The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, kettles, plumbed in water boiler, microwave, hob and oven. A range of plates, tea pots, mugs, pans and cutlery are also available for you to use.

    Tables

    20 Gopack folding tables (shown) and 8 square card tables are available.

  • Music mixing equipment set up on a wooden table, including a rack-mounted mixer, a multi-channel controller, and a digital player.

    Sound System

    The sound system is located on the stage. This will connect to a mobile phone, CD player, etc., by a standard 3.5mm headphone socket or via Bluetooth.

  • A gravel parking lot with five parked vehicles: a white van, a silver sedan, a black SUV with a spare tire on the back, a grey hatchback, and a black sedan, surrounded by leafless trees and a grassy area with a picnic table under an overcast sky.

    Car Park

    Parking space is available on site.

  • A small, public restroom with a white sink, a mirror decorated with colorful paper circles, and gray partition walls. There is a small stool in front of the sink and a soap dispenser on the counter.

    Toilets

    Separate Ladies and Gents toilets are available and a single disabled toilet with baby changing facilities.

    Bar

    We can offer a staffed bar, subject to availability of Village Hall Volunteers. A minimum 14 days notice is needed, with an additional cost of £25.
