Based on Helen Macdonald’s memoir, H Is for Hawk (2025) follows Helen (Claire Foy), who, reeling from her father's (Brendan Gleeson) sudden death, retreats from society to train a wild goshawk named Mabel. The film explores intense grief, isolation, and healing through the demanding, transformative, and often isolating process of falconry.
